Job Overview

As a Photo Booth Attendant at Austin Photo Booths, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to our clients and their guests. We are looking for someone who is friendly, outgoing, and professional, with a passion for creating memorable moments. Our ideal candidate is a problem-solver with excellent time management skills, who can handle the dynamic environment of events with grace and efficiency.

The role involves delivering, setting up, operating, and breaking down our photo booth equipment at various events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, birthday parties, and more. You must be able to interact well with a variety of people, encouraging them to use the photo booth and ensuring they have a fantastic time. Reliability and professionalism are paramount, as you will be representing Austin Photo Booths at every event. You should be comfortable with technology, able to troubleshoot minor issues, and capable of lifting and transporting equipment.

We value punctuality and a strong work ethic. Our busiest times are during weekends, evenings, and holidays, but availability to work some mornings or afternoons is also required as we get booked at various times. You will be compensated fairly for your time, including setup and breakdown, and will receive travel fees for locations further away. This role offers flexible scheduling, making it an excellent opportunity for college students or anyone seeking part-time work.


  • Pick up photo booth equipment from our facility in Round Rock, TX, and transport it to event locations.
  • Deliver, set up, operate, and break down photo booth equipment at event locations.
  • Ensure photo booth equipment is in working order and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise.
  • Interact with guests, assisting them with the photo booth and encouraging participation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized photo booth area during events.
  • Dress appropriately according to the event's dress code.
  • Protect and manage all photo booth equipment, ensuring it is returned in good condition.
  • Handle and manage intoxicated guests appropriately during events.


  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation capable of carrying photo booth equipment.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 lbs unassisted.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and some mornings or afternoons.
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional with excellent time management skills.
  • Friendly, outgoing, and able to interact well with a variety of people.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues.
  • Experience in the events industry or photography is a plus, but not required.


  • Pay rate: $25 per hour, including setup and breakdown time.
  • Travel fees for locations further away (up to $200 for an hour away).
  • All tips left by clients are specifically for the photo booth attendant.
